1. Who Can Use SendSasa

SendSasa is available to anyone with a WhatsApp account and a registered mobile money wallet. You must be at least 18 years old. By using SendSasa, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the service for legal purposes.

2. Our Service

SendSasa allows you to send money, lock payments in escrow (TrustLock), collect group contributions (NjangiBot, SplitChat), pay employees (PayDay), and send invoices (SafiPay) — all through WhatsApp. We process transactions via licensed mobile money operators.

3. Fees

We charge 1% on each transaction with a minimum of 100 XAF and a maximum of 2,000 XAF. Fees are shown to you before you confirm any transaction. By confirming, you agree to pay the displayed fee.

4. Transaction Limits

Minimum transfer amount is 500 XAF. Maximum is 5,000,000 XAF per transaction. These limits may vary by country and mobile money operator. We will inform you if a transaction exceeds applicable limits.

5. TrustLock Escrow

When you lock funds with TrustLock, the money is held by SendSasa until you confirm delivery. If you raise a dispute, our AI-assisted team reviews the evidence submitted by both parties. Our decision is final. We are not responsible for the quality or legality of goods or services exchanged in deals.

6. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to network issues or incorrect recipient details, we will refund the full amount (including fee) within 24 hours. If a transaction fails due to the recipient's wallet being full, inactive, or barred, the refund process may take up to 5 business days.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SendSasa for money laundering, fraud, purchasing illegal goods or services, or any activity that violates local laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update fees, features, or supported countries at any time. We will notify you via WhatsApp at least 7 days before any fee changes take effect.
