By accessing or using SendSasa — including via WhatsApp, our website, or any associated API — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SendSasa Inc. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice.

SendSasa provides a WhatsApp-based international money transfer service that enables users to send funds from the United States and other supported countries to recipients across Africa. Transfers are settled via mobile money networks including MTN MoMo, Orange Money, M-Pesa, and others.

Funds in transit are held as USDC stablecoins on the XRP Ledger, backed by audited reserves managed by Circle. Recipients receive funds in their local currency.

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident or citizen of a country where SendSasa operates to use our service. By using SendSasa, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel transactions at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violations of these Terms.

SendSasa charges a service fee of approximately 1% of the transfer amount, subject to a minimum fee disclosed at the time of each transaction. This fee covers transaction processing, currency conversion, and delivery to the recipient's mobile money wallet.

Exchange rates are set at the time of transfer confirmation and include a small spread. The exact amount the recipient will receive is always shown to you before you confirm a transaction.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when initiating transfers, including the correct recipient name, phone number, and country. Errors in recipient information that result in misdirected funds are your responsibility.

You must not use SendSasa for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, tax evasion, or the purchase of illegal goods or services.

The following uses of SendSasa are strictly prohibited: (a) transfers to sanctioned individuals or entities; (b) transfers involving proceeds of criminal activity; (c) impersonating another person; (d) attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, reporting to regulatory authorities, and potential civil or criminal liability.

Due to the near-instant settlement nature of our service, cancellations may not be possible once a transfer is confirmed. Please review all details carefully before confirming.

If a transfer fails to reach the recipient due to a technical error on our part, we will refund the full amount including fees within 3–5 business days. Contact support@sendsasa.com for assistance.

All content, branding, software, and materials associated with SendSasa — including our name, logo, and service design — are the intellectual property of SendSasa Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendSasa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service, including any loss of funds due to incorrect recipient information provided by you.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
